Return & Exchange Policy
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery once it has been handcrafted to your requirements. The cost of delivery will be dependant on the weight and cost of your order. Please see the Shop section to place your order where the delivery cost will be shown.
Our Bespoke Leatherwork is made to order and to your own specific requirements, to a very high standard. Should you decide you no longer require the item, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a returns policy in these circumstances. However, in the unlikely event you should find your leather item is faulty when you receive it, please do not hesitate to contact Karen at TLLC and return the faulty item as soon as possible. On receipt of the returned the faulty item we will either refund or remake the order as required. We are unable to refund or replace the goods if we do not receive the item back.
